Senior RPA DeveloperContract: 4 Months Initial Contract Rate: £400-500 per day Inside IR35 Location: Primarily Remote, 1 day per month onsite in London Start Date: ASAP Interview Dates: 25th/26th June (TBC) About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior RPA Developer to join a high-profile organisation delivering intelligent automation solutions across the business. This role will focus on both the development of new automation processes and the support, maintenance and enhancement of existing live automations. You will play a key role in ensuring automation services remain stable, effective and continuously improved while helping to drive the adoption of AI-powered automation capabilities. The successful candidate will have strong UiPath experience, excellent troubleshooting skills and a proven track record supporting production RPA solutions. Key Responsibilities* Develop, maintain and enhance UiPath automation solutions * Support and troubleshoot live production automations * Design, build, test and deploy new intelligent automation processes * Monitor automation performance and identify opportunities for optimisation * Manage assets, queues, schedules and environments within UiPath Orchestrator * Work closely with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities * Support AI-enabled automation initiatives including Document Understanding and Communications Mining * Resolve incidents and performance issues across existing automation services * Produce technical documentation and support operational handovers * Contribute to continuous improvement and automation best practice Essential Experience* Extensive experience developing solutions using UiPath Studio and Orchestrator * Strong experience supporting and maintaining live RPA solutions * Experience troubleshooting production automation issues * Knowledge of REFramework, selectors, assets, queues and exception handling * Experience with VB.NET and/or C# * Experience integrating APIs and working with SQL databases * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills * Experience delivering end-to-end automation projects Desirable Experience* UiPath AI Center * UiPath Document Understanding * UiPath Communications Mining * UiPath Data Service * Azure DevOps or Git * UiPath Certifications *Rates depend on experience and client requirements
