Ruby on Rails Engineer

Job Titles: 2 x Senior Engineers 3 x Mid Level Engineers Salary: £90,000 - £100,000 Senior, £70,000 - £80,000 Mid Level Hybrid: Tues - Thurs on site, Mon & Fri remote (Soho) Tech: 80% backend Ruby on Rails, 20% frontend JS, VueJS (any frontend library is fine), AWS, need to have the interest and desire to embrace agentic tools Sector: Start-up, £2m recurring revenue, SaaS. I'm recruiting for a start-up who have done very well with their SaaS offering and built up £2m in recurring revenue. Their platform was built by an agency, but after hitting £2m revenue they've received investment and are looking to go in-house and completely revamp what has been built so far. Just hired a Director of Engineering and looking to add a team. 2 x Senior Engineers - 1 will remain an IC and the other ideally will want to be trained to be a technical lead. Room for 3 x mid level engineers.
