The S&OP Manager will Lead and transform our end-to-end supply chain operations to deliver outstanding service, cost efficiency, and compliance, while driving continuous improvement, team development, and stakeholder through championing the business values. Description The role of S&OP Manager will be reporting into the Managing Director, the role plays a key part in the Senior Leadership Team, supporting the development & implementation of strategies that will enable the company to achieve its vision, targets & objectives. • Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) • Supply and Demand Forecasting • Inventory Management • Warehouse, Intake and Operations (internal and external) • Transport and Logistics • Third-Party Logistics (3PL) Management • Supply Chain Systems and Data Analytics Profile A successful S&OP Manager should have: • Proven experience in procurement and supply chain management within the FMCG sector. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and drive decision-making. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. • Proficiency in supply chain planning tools and software. • A strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and efficiency.
