Salaried GP Hawkinge and Elham Valley Practice Role Overview We are seeking a dedicated and professional Salaried GP to join our team at Hawkinge and Elham Valley Practice. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive NHS Primary Medical Services to our registered patients, temporary residents and those in need of immediate treatment. This role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive and dynamic environment, contributing to high-quality patient care. Key Responsibilities • Provide clinical assessments, diagnoses, treatments and referrals in line with NHS guidelines. • Participate in the duty doctor rota and manage urgent patient needs. • Maintain GMC registration and NHS Performers List inclusion. • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centred care. • Support quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits, and service development. • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations. Qualifications and Experience • Full GMC registration and inclusion on the GP Performers List. • Experience working in Primary Care. • Commitment to CPD and maintaining professional standards.
