• Provide High-Quality Primary Care: Conduct face-to-face and telephone consultations, manage acute and chronic conditions, and deliver high standards of patient-centred care. • Assess, Diagnose, And Manage Patients Independently: Make autonomous clinical decisions, prescribe safely, and make referrals to appropriate services when required. • Maintain Safe and Effective Clinical Practice: Complete clinical correspondence and records accurately, and work in line with our policies and the GMC Code of Practice. • Work Collaboratively: Work closely with the wider multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated patient care. • Contribute to Practice Development: Support QOF achievement, participate and improve Practice initiatives, and maintain ongoing professional learning and development.
