Education and Training Leadership You must be an approved Educational Supervisor, or motivated to become one within 18 months of appointment. • Support and develop our registrar programme • Support training delivery across Ashbourne and Brailsford practices • Provide clinical supervision, educational governance and trainer leadership • Work closely with senior clinicians to ensure a high quality, supportive training environment quality, supportive training environment Governance, Policy & Quality This role will strongly appeal to a GP who enjoys: • Clinical Governance, legislation and regulatory frameworks • Writing, refining and embedding policy and Clinical Protocols/SOPs • Translating national guidance into safe, workable local systems • Leading quality improvement projects that genuinely improve care You will work closely with: • The Standards Committee • Clinical Governance colleagues • HR & Compliance Manager • The CEO and Managing Director as fellow Executive Officers and play a central role in shaping how Henmore delivers safe, compliant and high-quality care at scale.
