Salaried GP - Nottingham Salary:£11,000-£12,500 per session (DOE) Sessions: Up to 10 sessions available, across one or two GPs(Monday or Friday availability is essential) We're working with a friendly, forward-thinking GP practice in Nottingham that is looking to welcome one or two Salaried GPs to its supportive and collaborative clinical team. Caring for a patient population of approximately across two nearby sites (just seven minutes apart), the practice recently retained its Good CQC rating following a surprise inspection. With an experienced multidisciplinary team and an open-door approach from the Lead GP, you'll be joining a practice where teamwork, clinical support and professional development are genuinely encouraged. The team consists of 4 GPs, an ANP, a Nurse Prescriber, a Nurse Associate and 2 HCAs, all working together within a full clinical triage model using SystemOne. The Practice Manager is passionate about creating a positive working environment, regularly organising team initiatives and competitions to keep morale high. What's on Offer • Up to 10 sessions, split across one or two GPs • £11,000-£12,500 per session (DOE) • Flexible full-day clinics (8-hour days), with start times between 8:00am-9:30am • 13-15 patients per session, with protected admin time, dedicated home visit allocation and a 1-hour lunch break • 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays, study leave (TBC) and in-house CPD • Full clinical triage model using SystemOne • Supportive leadership with an open-door culture and excellent multidisciplinary team The Ideal Candidate • GMC-registered GP with a licence to practise • Newly qualified GPs are welcome to apply • Comfortable working within a collaborative multidisciplinary team • Available to work either Monday or Friday (essential) • Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this position If you're looking for a practice that offers genuine clinical support, protected admin time and an excellent work-life balance, this could be the perfect next step.
