Job description

• Provide general medical services to registered patients, including consultations, telephone triage, home visits, and clinical administration. • Undertake assessment, diagnosis, investigation, treatment, and management of patients with acute and long-term conditions. • Maintain accurate, timely, and complete patient records in accordance with GMC and practice requirements. • Prescribe medication and treatments in line with current legislation and clinical guidance. • Participate in the management of patients with complex and multiple health needs. • Contribute to the achievement of Quality and Outcomes Framework (QOF), Enhanced Services, and other performance targets. • Participate in practice clinical governance activities including audit, significant event review, and risk management. • Attend and contribute to practice meetings, multi-disciplinary team meetings, and safeguarding processes as required. • Comply with safeguarding responsibilities for both adults and children. • Work in accordance with infection control, information governance, confidentiality, and health and safety policies. • Participate in appraisal and revalidation processes, maintaining appropriate continuing professional development.
