We are seeking an enthusiastic Salaried GP to join our dedicated clinical team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive, patient-centered care while contributing to the practices clinical governance, QOF achievement, and service targets. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver safe, effective, and high-quality care in line with NHS and practice standards • Manage a personal patient list, ensuring continuity of care • Conduct consultations, including routine, chronic disease management, and urgent appointments • Participate in enhanced services, such as minor surgery, vaccinations, long-acting contraception (where applicable), and other locally commissioned schemes • Maintain accurate and contemporaneous patient records, including coding and documentation in line with NHS Wales and GDPR standards • Actively participate in clinical audits, service development, and quality improvement initiatives • Attend and contribute to practice meetings, safeguarding discussions, and multidisciplinary team reviews Job description Job responsibilities We are seeking an enthusiastic Salaried GP to join our dedicated clinical team.
