The successful candidate will have the
opportunity to work with our extensive multi-disciplinary team at the practice
and access a wide range of additional roles through our PCN, to include
pharmacists, first contact physio, acute visiting paramedics, social prescribers, mental health practitioners and dietician. Riverside Medical

Main duties of the role
As part of our multidisciplinary
team, the Salaried GP will have the opportunity to care for a diverse patient
group through undertaking the full range of primary care services. The Salaried
GP will be responsible together with our multi-disciplinary team for delivering
the full range of primary care services ensuring the highest standards of care
for the differing needs of our practice population.
In accordance with the practice
rota and salaried GP job plan, the post-holder will be available to undertake a
variety of duties, to include telephone and face-to-face consultations, duty hub sessions and home visits and dealing with paperwork, clinical referrals,
and correspondence in a timely manner.
Awareness and compliance with
the relevant practice policies, to include confidentiality, data protection,
health & safety, Quality Outcomes Framework, enhanced services and CQC
registration. Commitment to and
involvement, as appropriate, with care review and clinical standard setting.
