Salaried GP

• Deliver safe, evidence based clinical care including acute, chronic, and preventative consultations. • Work efficiently with the multidisciplinary team to ensure appropriate patient allocation and reduce unnecessary GP workload. • Use EMIS and associated clinical system to maintain accurate, timely documentation and support clinical decision making. • Participate in duty/on call rotas where required. • Participate in clinical meetings, MDT discussions, and monthly protected learning time. • Engage in personal development and appraisal processes. • Uphold the organisations values, fostering a supportive, collaborative, and inclusive culture.
