Sales Administrator Our client is a reputable and thriving real estate agency specialising in property sales whose staff are passionate about delivering exceptional results and providing outstanding customer experiences. They are seeking a dedicated and organized Sales Administrator to support their established sales team. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes. Your responsibilities will include administrative tasks, client communication, and maintaining accurate records. Key Responsibilities: Client Interaction: Be the friendly face and voice of our agency. Assist clients with inquiries, schedule property viewings, and provide information about available listings. Maintain positive relationships with buyers, sellers, and other stakeholders. Administrative Support: Prepare and process sales documentation, including contracts, offers, and addendums. Coordinate property showings and open houses. Handle incoming calls and emails promptly and professionally. Database Management: Maintain our client database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. Track sales progress, update records, and generate reports. Assist in organizing marketing materials and property listings. Collaboration: Work closely with sales team. Assist in organizing team meetings and events.
