Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting one of our valued clients on the outskirts of Warminster in their search for a Sales Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly and supportive team where you'll play a pivotal role in delivering an outstanding customer experience while providing essential support to a busy sales function.
As the first point of contact for customers, you'll be the face of the business, ensuring enquiries are handled professionally, sales opportunities are managed efficiently, and customers receive exceptional service from their first interaction through to completion.
DAY TO DAY
• Welcome customers and visitors, providing a warm, friendly and professional first impression.
• Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via telephone and email.
• Gather customer requirements and accurately record all information on the company CRM system.
• Qualify incoming enquiries and allocate them to the appropriate member of the sales team.
• Monitor the progress of sales enquiries, ensuring leads are followed up promptly and efficiently.
• Review quotations for accuracy before issuing them alongside relevant company information.
• Produce weekly sales reports for management.
• Follow up with customers after quotations have been issued, answering questions and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
• Process customer contracts following quotation acceptance and update records for inactive opportunities.
• Ensure the showroom remains welcoming, tidy and fully stocked with marketing materials.
• Provide general administrative support to the sales team, assisting with follow-up activities and day-to-day sales administration.
WHAT WE'D LOVE TO SEE
• Previous experience within a customer service, sales support or customer-facing administration role.
• Experience acting as the main point of contact for customers.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
• A confident, professional and approachable manner.
• Good IT skills with experience using CRM systems and carrying out accurate data entry.
• A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
AND FOR YOU
• Competitive salary of £27,500 - £28,500, depending on experience.
• Full-time, permanent position.
• Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm.
• 25 days' annual leave plus bank holidays.
• Every fifth Friday afternoon off.
