Role: Sales Advisor Location: Altrincham (hybrid working 3 days office/2 days at home) Hours: 37.5 per week Mon-Thurs 11.00am-19.30pm & Fri 10.00am-15.30pm NO WEEKENDS Salary: £28,000 OTE £46,000 + benefits This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Advisor to join my client on a permanent basis as their team is growing. The Role of Sales Advisor: This is a fast-paced inbound and outbound sales role where you'll be growing our customer base. As the first point of contact for prospective customers, you'll identify opportunities and deliver sales. What you'll be doing as a Sales Advisor: • Making outbound calls and taking inbound calls/chats to new customers to identify needs and generate sales opportunities • Clearly explaining products, pricing and promotions to secure sales • Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of new business opportunities • Working closely with the team to maximise results • Ensuring all activity complies with GDPR and internal quality standards • Keeping systems and reports accurate and up to date • Building strong internal relationships and contributing to continuous improvement We're looking for enthusiastic, motivated and experienced contact centre Sales Advisors who have worked in a target-driven environment and enjoy talking to customers. Your experience as a Sales Advisor: • Experience in a customer-facing or telesales role • Strong communication skills • A proactive, positive and resilient mindset • Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail • A genuine desire to learn, grow and build a career in sales • IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Please follow the link to apply for this hybrid working Sales Advisor role based in Altrincham.
