Due to continued expansion and increasing client demand, our Maidstone-based client is looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join their sales and customer service team. Successful individuals will support customer acquisition activities on behalf of recognised non-profit clients. Previous sales or customer service experience is not required; however, a positive attitude and strong English communication skills are important. Opportunities to attend client training and invitations to daily upskilling sessions are available from the start, making this an excellent long-term opportunity for individuals looking to gain practical experience and build their communication, customer engagement and sales skills within a customer-facing environment. Please Note: Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK and have full-time equivalent availability (4–5 full working days per week). Previous experience is not required. However, individuals from retail, administration, hospitality, warehouse, customer service, sales, front of house and other customer-facing backgrounds may have transferable skills relevant to this opportunity.
