Sales Assistant

Job Overview We are an interior & soft furnishings showroom that deals mostly with domestic clients. We provide an interior design service for our clients. This can be a simple supply of wallpaper or paint to whole house refurbishments. We are seeking a proactive and personable Sales Assistant to join our small team. This role involves engaging with clients, supporting sales operations, and fostering strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, an artistic flare & willingness to learn about an industry that is a joy to work in . Duties • Greet customers professionally and assist them in choosing products for their homes • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information to clients • Manage customer enquiries via phone, email, or face-to-face interactions with excellent communication skills • Organise sales documentation and maintain accurate records of transactions and client details • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of daily sales activities Qualifications Experience or qualification in Design would be an advantage Pay: £13.00-£16.00 per hour Work Location: In person
