We're looking for a confident, motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team and help customers find the perfect sofa for their home. Responsibilities • Welcome and engage customers visiting the stand. • Build rapport and understand customers' needs. • Recommend suitable sofas, fabrics and colours. • Explain product features, pricing and delivery options. • Process customer orders accurately. • Work towards individual sales targets. • Keep the stand clean, organised and well presented. • Deliver exceptional customer service at all times. What We're Looking For • Previous retail or sales experience is essential. • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Confident approaching and engaging customers. • Target-driven with a positive attitude. • Reliable, punctual and well presented. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Must be available to work weekends.
