Sales Coordinators • Location: Surrey • Job Type: Full-time & Part Time • Hours Available: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, 8.30am to 5.30pm and 12.30pm to 5.30pm Are you looking to join a growing business within a friendly and dynamic team? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Sales Coordinator to join a vibrant and collaborative Sales team/ This role is pivotal in managing customer interactions, processing quotes and orders with precision and ensuring high-quality customer experience. The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in maintaining commitment to continuous improvement and exceeding expectations. Day-to-day duties of the role: • Process quotes and orders through multiple channels efficiently and effectively. • Engage in upselling and cross-selling where appropriate. • Support with tender quote input • Proactively escalate issues and manage customer expectations. • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, getting to know them on a first-name basis. • Handle calls and enquiries in line with service level agreements (SLAs). • Follow up on quotes and manage the sales inbox. • Contact customers for any queries on quotes/orders to ensure accuracy and adherence to company policy. • Assist other areas of sales as required and ensure smooth handover of after-sales queries. • Contribute to the quote conversion rate by efficiently turning quotes into orders. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Essential: • Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment. • Strong customer service skills with excellent communication and listening abilities. • Proficient telephone manner and strong order processing skills with attention to detail. • Desirable: • Knowledge of the plumbing industry or technical experience in the industry. • Familiarity with CRM systems & Microsoft Office. • Experience in proactive calling.
