Sales & Customer Service Advisor

Reed Business Support are working with an established business based in Middlesbrough who are looking to appoint a full time, permanent Sales & Customer Service Advisor to join their operations team. Benefits: • 25 days A/L + BH • Pension • Free parking • Social events • Annual bonus scheme (company discretion) • Salary - £28,000 • Hours: Monday to Friday - 08:30 – 17:15 • OTE available Please note, this is an onsite based role – there is zero hybrid or WFH options given the nature of the business Duties - • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to support sales and service activities • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships • Advise customers on technical products and services • Prepare, issue, and proactively follow up on sales and service quotations • Provide administrative support to sales and service functions • Liaise internally to ensure smooth service delivery • Maintain accurate records on CRM and internal systems • Support marketing campaigns and lead follow-up activities Required Skills - • A passion for relationship-building and customer service • Confidence and enthusiasm when using the phone • Strong communication and organisational skills • A proactive, target-driven mindset • Comfortable meeting and exceeding KPIs • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities • Willingness to learn new products and services • Ability to work on-site in a busy office environment
