The Role: Silcom Recruitment is working with an established, new & used main car dealership, based around the outskirts of Fareham, who are seeking to add an experienced Sales Executive to their team. Our client are eager to add an experienced new & used car sales executive to their team. Responsibilities & Requirements: Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and provide tailored solutions. Promote and sell quality new & used vehicles while meeting monthly sales targets. Conduct professional vehicle presentations, test drives, and product demonstrations. Negotiate deals effectively to maximise profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the dealership’s stock, pricing, and finance options. The Package: £20,000 Basic – £60,000 + OTE + Company Car. Five day working week!
