Pear Recruitment - Sales & Lettings Negotiator Location -Wanstead Hours - Monday to Friday 9am -6pm, Saturday 9:30am – 4pm, 5-day week Salary - £25,000, OTE £38,000 - £40,000 + Company car Our client is looking for a Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join their award-winning estate agency to work with their team based in Wanstead. Established since 1991 with highly qualified staff providing a bespoke service to each client. This role requires a well organised and motivated individual who is efficient with fantastic customer service and Sales skills who is great with communicating either on the phone or face to face. Key Responsibilities: • Managing a portfolio of properties for sale and rent • Conducting viewings and providing detailed property information to potential buyers and tenants • Negotiating offers and closing deals to achieve sales and lettings targets • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, landlords, and tenants • Keeping up-to-date with market trends and property values • Ensuring all administrative tasks are completed accurately and promptly Skills and Experience Required: • Proven experience in sales, lettings, or a related field • Strong negotiation and communication skills • Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously • Knowledge of the local property market is advantageous • Full UK driving licence If you are interested in this Sales & Lettings Negotiator role and would like to know more, please email your CV or telephone us on a strictly private and confidential basis for an informal discussion. *Recommend a friend* - Do you know someone looking for a position?
