Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach and develop a team of negotiators and support staff.
• Drive new business through valuations, instructions and proactive networking.
• Track and report on KPIs, sales targets and overall team activity.
• Run regular one-to-ones and performance reviews with the team.
• Ensure a consistently excellent customer experience across the sales journey.
• Carry out market appraisals and convert opportunities into signed instructions.
• Stay current on local market trends and competitor activity.
• Ensure full compliance with property legislation and internal standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to maximise cross-selling opportunities.
What You'll Bring:
• Proven experience in residential property sales, ideally at management or senior negotiator level.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation ability.
• A target-driven, commercially minded approach.
• Solid understanding of the sales process and relevant property legislation.
• The ability to lead from the front and build a high-performance culture.
