Sales Negotiator – Estate Agency Location: Woking Salary: £50,000+ An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and ambitious Sales Negotiator to join a successful and fast-paced estate agency in Woking. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a target-driven environment, enjoys building relationships and is looking to develop a successful career within residential property sales. Working within a busy office, you'll generate valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, progress sales through to completion and deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the buying journey. Estate agency experience is preferred, although applicants with a strong sales background from another sector will also be considered. Key Responsibilities • Generate valuations and win new business. • Conduct property viewings. • Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers. • Progress sales through to completion. • Build lasting relationships with buyers and vendors. • Deliver exceptional customer service. • Work towards and exceed sales targets.
