Overview
Our client is seeking a customer-focused and commercially minded Customer Sales Representative to join their contact centre team. This role combines sales, customer service and account development, helping customers identify the most suitable products and services while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Salary: £24,979.50 per annum plus PRP. OTE up to £33,379.50 annually.
Location: Hybrid - Norwich (70% in office)
Key Requirements
Essential Experience
• Previous sales, contact centre, customer service or account management experience.
• Experience handling inbound and outbound customer enquiries.
• Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage customer interactions.
• Strong administrative and record-keeping skills.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage customer enquiries across telephone, email and digital channels.
• Generate, qualify and convert sales opportunities.
• Provide product and service recommendations based on customer needs.
• Identify upgrade, cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
• Prepare quotations and process customer orders accurately.
• Build long-term customer relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline activity.
• Achieve individual and team sales, quality and customer satisfaction targets.
• Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and relevant regulations.

Screening Requirements
