We're recruiting for a driven and ambitious Valuer to join a successful and respected independent estate agency covering the St Albans area. This is an excellent opportunity for a hungry property professional with a proven track record of winning instructions and generating new business. You'll play a key role in driving valuation leads, attending appointments, and securing new instructions, all while delivering an outstanding level of customer service. The Role As a Valuer, you will: • Generate valuation leads and book appointments • Attend property valuations and deliver expert pricing advice • Secure new instructions and grow market share • Build strong relationships with vendors and prospective clients • Maintain a high standard of customer service throughout the valuation process • Stay up to date with local market trends and competitor activity • Work closely with the branch and wider team to maximise opportunities • Consistently meet and exceed individual performance targets Valuer Requirements • Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential property listing • Proven track record of winning new business and securing instructions • Strong knowledge of the St Albans property market • Highly motivated, driven, and target-focused • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Confident, well-presented, and professional approach • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities • Full UK driving licence What's on Offer? • Basic salary up to £30,000 (depending on experience) • Realistic OTE of £70,000 • Pool car or car allowance • Full support from the Director • Clear career progression opportunities • Established and supportive independent agency Working Hours • Monday to Friday • Saturday working on a rota basis Apply Today!
