SAP Change Management Consultant - Order-to-Cash (OTC)Location: Remote (Occasional Travel Required) Contract: Freelance (Outside IR35) Start: ASAP The OpportunityWe are supporting a major SAP S/4HANA transformation programme that is looking to engage an experienced SAP Change Management Consultant to lead business change activities across the Order-to-Cash (OTC) workstream. You'll play a critical role in ensuring business users are prepared for change, supporting stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and business readiness throughout the implementation. Key Responsibilities • Lead Change Management activities across the SAP OTC workstream • Develop change strategies, communication plans, and stakeholder engagement activities • Support organisational change and business readiness • Conduct impact assessments and change analysis • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities • Develop training materials and support end-user enablement • Work closely with business stakeholders and SAP functional teams • Support deployment, hypercare, and successful business adoption Required Experience • Proven SAP Change Management experience • Previous SAP S/4HANA transformation programme experience • Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC) business processes • Experience delivering communications, training, and business readiness activities • Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills • Experience supporting UAT and deployment activities What's on Offer • Outside IR35 • Remote with occasional travel • Large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programme • Opportunity to influence business change across a global organisation
