Job Title: Technical Project Manager - SAP Architecture Location: Remote Job type: Permanent About the Role: We are seeking a senior, delivery-focused Technical Project Manager to support our ERP Transformation Programme involving SAP S/4HANA. In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for driving delivery across the SAP Architecture workstream. You will play a critical role in ensuring seamless alignment between our architecture, integration, infrastructure, and security teams. While you must have a strong technical understanding of SAP Architecture to manage cross-workstream dependencies, hands-on architecture design is not expected. Ideal candidate would be from a Manufacturing, Life Sciences, or FMCG related background Key Responsibilities: • Project Delivery & Execution: Define the technical project scope, deliverables, and success criteria, while ensuring all deliverables are completed on time. You will develop and maintain detailed, integrated project plans and drive the execution of workstream activities. • Governance & Risk Management: Manage milestones, critical paths, and RAID logs. You will be responsible for tracking cross-workstream technical dependencies within the S/4HANA landscape, managing risks, and providing status reporting to programme leadership. • Stakeholder & Team Coordination: Coordinate extensively across multiple IT teams, build relationships with technical leadership, and support senior stakeholder engagement. • Continuous Improvement: Support enterprise change management, training coordination, and capture lessons learned to drive continuous improvement in delivery practices. What We're Looking For (Essential Experience): • 8+ years of Project Management experience, with at least 5+ years managing medium-to-large or global projects. • Proven track record of supporting SAP Architecture initiatives and managing technical workstreams. • Strong background in SAP integration and managing integrated project plans. • Exceptional risk, issue, and stakeholder management capabilities. • A Bachelor's Degree (required). Highly Desirable Skills: • Prior experience working on SAP S/4HANA and global ERP transformation programmes. • Experience collaborating closely with system integrators. • A Master's Degree and/or Project Management certifications (PMP, Prince2, or Agile).
