Job description

SAP SuccessFactors 12-Month Fixed Term Contract London (St Paul's) - Hybrid (2 days in the office) £70,000-£80,000 + Benefits An international professional services organisation is looking for an experienced HRIS Test Lead to join on a 12-month fixed-term contract, supporting the delivery of a major global HR transformation programme. This is a newly created, standalone role dedicated to a large-scale SAP SuccessFactors implementation. Reporting directly to the IT Test Manager, you'll take ownership of the end-to-end testing lifecycle, working independently to define the test strategy, write test scripts, coordinate testing activities and ensure a successful global rollout. This role is around 85-90% project focused, with limited BAU involvement, offering the opportunity to play a key role in a business-critical transformation programme. The Role • Own and deliver the end-to-end HRIS testing strategy throughout the project lifecycle. • Design, write and execute test plans, test cases and test scripts. • Lead System, Integration and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). • Coordinate testing activities across HR, IT and third-party implementation partners. • Manage defects through to resolution using tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps. • Validate integrations between HR, payroll and other business systems. • Provide regular progress updates to key stakeholders and project leadership. • Ensure testing is delivered to agreed timelines ahead of global go-live. About You We're looking for someone who has previously led testing on large HR transformation programmes and is comfortable working independently with minimal supervision. You'll ideally have: • End-to-end HRIS implementation testing experience. • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors (highly desirable), Workday or Oracle HCM. • Strong knowledge of System Testing, Integration Testing and UAT. • Hands-on experience writing test scripts and managing defects. • Experience working on global or large regional HR transformation projects. • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. • Experience within large enterprise environments supporting 1,000+ users. • Experience using JIRA or Azure DevOps. What's on Offer • Join a major global HR transformation programme from an early phase. • High-profile, business-critical project with real ownership. • Standalone Test Lead position with autonomy and visibility. • Hybrid working - 2 days per week in a modern Central London office. • Competitive salary of £70,000-£80,000 (with flexibility for the right candidate). • Comprehensive benefits package. If you're an experienced HRIS Test Lead looking to play a key role in a global SAP SuccessFactors implementation, we'd love to hear from you
