Scheme CleanerPart-Time | Permanent Location: Alton Salary: Up to £17,485 per annum (depending on experience) Hours: 25 hours per week (Monday–Friday, 8:30am–1:00pm) Make a Difference Every Day We're looking for a reliable and friendly Scheme Cleaner to help keep communal areas clean, safe and welcoming. If you take pride in your work and enjoy making a positive difference to people's lives, we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Clean and maintain communal areas to a high standard. Ensure shared spaces are safe, tidy and welcoming. Build positive relationships with residents and respond to feedback professionally. Use simple technology to record completed work. Report any maintenance or safety concerns. What We're Looking For Previous cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential. A positive attitude and strong attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage your workload. Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
