School Administrator (Reception) Primary School | Waltham Forest September 2026 Start £115-£120 per day (PAYE) Tradewind Recruitment is working with a friendly Primary School in Waltham Forest to recruit a reliable and organised School Administrator to join the reception team from September 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced school administrator who enjoys working in a busy school environment and providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for pupils, parents, visitors and staff, helping to ensure the school office runs smoothly each day. The role includes welcoming visitors, answering telephone calls and emails, following all school safeguarding and visitor procedures, and providing a professional and friendly reception service. The successful candidate will also update daily attendance, maintain accurate pupil records, manage healthcare plans, support new pupil admissions, and carry out a range of general administrative duties, including typing letters, managing post and responding to emails. To be considered for this role, candidates must have previous experience working as a School Administrator within a school setting and be confident using the SIMS management system. Strong organisational skills, excellent communication and the ability to manage a busy workload are essential. Applicants should be confident using Microsoft Office and able to work effectively as part of a supportive office team.
