School Business Manager (Term Time plus 4 weeks) PO4 £49,056 – £52,194 FTE (pro rata) 36 hours per week, 42 weeks per year Start: ASAP Location: Feltham Primary school based near Feltham are seeking an experienced and driven School Business Manager to join their Senior Leadership Team. This is a key leadership role offering the opportunity to shape and lead the school’s operational strategy and contribute directly to outstanding outcomes for our pupils. The Role Working closely with the Headteacher and Governors, you will oversee finance, HR, administration, IT and premises, providing strategic leadership across all operational functions. You will lead and develop support teams while ensuring the effective use of resources to support teaching and learning. Person Specification Seeking a committed and enthusiastic professional who has: • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong financial management skills with experience of budget setting and financial monitoring. • Proven experience of leading and managing teams effectively. • Strong organisational, planning and decision-making skills. • Knowledge and understanding of school operations and business management. • The ability to build positive relationships with staff, governors, parents and external partners. • A genuine desire to make a difference to children's lives and educational outcomes • Ongoing professional Please send your CV or apply below
