School Business Manager (Term Time plus 4 weeks) PO4 £49,056 – £52,194 FTE (pro rata) 36 hours per week, 42 weeks per year Start: ASAP Location: Feltham Primary school based near Feltham are seeking an experienced and driven School Business Manager to join their Senior Leadership Team. This is a key leadership role offering the opportunity to shape and lead the school’s operational strategy and contribute directly to outstanding outcomes for our pupils. The Role Working closely with the Headteacher and Governors, you will oversee finance, HR, administration, IT and premises, providing strategic leadership across all operational functions. You will lead and develop support teams while ensuring the effective use of resources to support teaching and learning.
