The Role As a Science Teacher, you will: • Deliver engaging and inspiring Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4. • Encourage students to develop curiosity, analytical thinking, and a genuine interest in the sciences. • Plan, prepare, and assess lessons in line with the national curriculum. • Monitor and track student progress, adapting teaching strategies where required. • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports all learners. • Contribute to the wider success of the Science department and school community. The Ideal Candidate The successful candidate will: • Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification. • Have experience teaching Science within a secondary school setting. • Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and effective classroom management skills. • Be passionate about delivering high-quality teaching and learning. • Have excellent communication and organisational skills. • Be committed to raising attainment and inspiring young people to achieve their best.
