SCRUM MASTER

This is a high-impact contract opportunity to join a rapidly scaling data function, where you will play a key role in bringing structure, alignment, and delivery rigour across multiple agile teams. The focus is on enabling teams to operate effectively while improving governance and communication within a complex, evolving environment.

The Role and Deliverables
• Support sprint planning, stand-ups, and agile ceremonies across multiple teams, primarily within the data enablement function
• Remove blockers and ensure alignment across distributed, cross-functional teams
• Drive improvements in governance, documentation, and administrative processes
• Coordinate and communicate updates effectively across teams and stakeholders
• Manage and optimise Jira workflows and reporting across squads
• Support stakeholder engagement, including coordination of updates linked to internal forums and wider business communications
Your Skills & Experience
• Strong experience working in delivery or agile environments within data teams
• Proven capability using Jira to manage workflows, reporting, and team coordination
• Experience working across multiple teams in complex, cross-functional or international environments
• Ability to improve governance, documentation, and agile processes within scaling teams
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proactive and self-sufficient, able to take ownership and drive delivery independently
Desirable (but not essential):
• Previous experience within media, publishing, broadcasting, or digital organisations.
• A technical background or experience working with technology, digital, data, product, or engineering teams.
