Day-to-Day & Short-Term Supply | Multiple Schools Location: Ealing Salary: £165-£185 per day, dependent on experience We are looking for enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teachers to work across a range of primary and secondary schools in the London Borough of Ealing. You'll be working with a range of welcoming and supportive schools across the borough, stepping in to provide high-quality cover and ensure continuity of learning for pupils in the absence of their usual class teacher. About the Role: As a Supply Teacher, you will provide general cover across a range of year groups and subjects, following pre-set lesson plans and maintaining a positive, structured learning environment in the class teacher's absence. You'll need to be confident managing a classroom you may be seeing for the first time, building rapport with pupils quickly and adapting to each school's individual routines and expectations. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver pre-planned lessons and cover work set by the class teacher - Maintain a calm, structured and positive classroom environment - Manage pupil behaviour in line with each school's policies - Quickly adapt to different school settings, routines and year groups - Support pupils' learning and well being throughout the school day - Liaise professionally with school staff and leadership on arrival - Follow safeguarding, health and safety and school-specific policies at all times About You: - Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent - Experience teaching within a primary or secondary school setting - Confident managing behaviour and building rapport quickly in unfamiliar classrooms - Flexible, reliable and adaptable, comfortable working across different schools - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing - ECTs and experienced teachers alike are welcome to apply Who are Aspire People?
