We are seeking passionate and dedicated Secondary School Teachers to start ASAP, on a permanent basis. Day-to-day of the role:
• Plan, prepare and deliver high-quality lessons that engage and challenge students across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.
• Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students.
• Maintain discipline through well-focused teaching and through positive and productive classroom management.
• Contribute to the development of the school curriculum and participate in curriculum activities.
• Provide feedback to parents and guardians on a pupil’s progress at parents’ evenings and other meetings.
• Stay up to date with changes and developments in the structure of the curriculum.
• Act as a mentor to students, providing support and guidance with their educational and personal development.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Right to work in the UK.
• A degree in a relevant subject area.
• Experience teaching at the secondary level.
• Strong knowledge of the UK national curriculum.
• Excellent classroom management skills.
• Ability to create an environment that promotes learning and encourages curiosity.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
