Security Manager

• 6 month contract • onsite 5 days per week in Cheltenham • NHS Organisation - NHS experience required • Agenda for change band 7 Responsible for the efficiency, safety and performance standards ensuring that the service delivery is compliant with services to patients, Health and Safety (H&S), and safety of staff. Maintain a high level of professionalism within the service. • To ensure that the highest level of service is delivered and maintained by building a well led and effective team with high standards who cooperate and engage with each other and deliver a customer focused service. • Line management of staff and resources, recruitment, selection, induction of staff, training, appraisals and personal development plans, management of sickness absences, grievances and disciplinary cases, and service complaints. • Work with the “Group” and GMS colleagues on new build/works schemes relation to fire, service developments and emergency planning
