SEMH Teaching Assistant - Bromley - Alternative Provision - £95-£115 a day (depending on experience) - Full Time - Immediate Start • SEMH Teaching Assistant - Previous experience supporting pupils with SEMH or behavioural needs required • SEMH Teaching Assistant - Experience working within a specialist setting, PRU or alternative provision desirable • SEMH Teaching Assistant - Must be confident with behaviour management and emotional regulation support • SEMH Teaching Assistant - Required full time ASAP Have you previously worked as a SEMH Teaching Assistant? Do you have experience supporting pupils with social, emotional and mental health needs? Are you able to build positive relationships with pupils who may present with challenging behaviour? If yes, then this SEMH Teaching Assistant role is for you!!! The Role - SEMH Teaching Assistant Seeking a resilient and proactive SEMH Teaching Assistant to support pupils aged 11-16 within an alternative provision setting. You will work closely with teachers and pastoral staff to provide 1:1 and small-group support, helping pupils regulate emotions, manage behaviour and engage positively with learning. The role involves implementing behaviour support plans, supporting emotional wellbeing, promoting positive behaviour and contributing to a structured and supportive learning environment where pupils can achieve both academically and personally. The School - SEMH Teaching Assistant This alternative provision is located in the London Borough of Bromley and is within walking distance of a nearby National Rail station.
