SEMH Teaching Assistant

Tradewind Recruitment are working with several different SEMH Schools in Central and South Birmingham who are recruiting Unqualified, Level 2 and Level 3 TA's The schools ages range from KS1 to KS4 for children with SEMH. The schools are part SEND/SEMH Trusts and SEND Local Authority Schools with a range SEND, SEMH and Mental Health needs. The schools are looking to recruit Teaching Assistants to support day to day, short term and full time within there schools. . School experience is desirable but not essential, however SEMH or SEND experience is essential. It is essential your empathetic, patient and resilient as a lot of the pupils in school communicate through action which means days can be challenging.
