Semi Senior Accountants

*Semi Senior Accountant* LGS Vision are delighted to be working with a growing, well-established firm of accountants who are currently seeking a Semi-Senior Accountant to join their growing team. The firm of Accountants are situated in Benfleet. They offer a full range of accounting services to their clients, who include sole traders, partnerships and small limited companies. Semi Senior Accountant 's key duties will include: • Preparation of Limited Company accounts under FRS102, FRS102 1a and FRS105 • On-line submission of Limited Company accounts to Companies House • Undertaking auditing of Limited Companies as part of a team • Knowledge of CCH Audit Automation useful but not essential • Preparation of Income and Expenditure accounts • Preparation and submission of personal tax returns • Preparation and submission of corporation tax computations and CT600 returns • Monthly & quarterly management accounts preparation • Preparation and submission of MTD returns using relevant software • Preparation of VAT returns using Excel, Xero, Sage and Quickbooks • Preparation of CIS returns and submission to HMRC Ideal Candidate: • Studying AAT / ACCA / ACA • Team player • Looking to work in a modern environment • Seeking career progression and helping the business grow Package: • £25,000 - £32,000 • Study support • 20/25 days holiday + BH • Career progression For further information on this Semi Senior Accountant position, please apply direct or contact Liam Snell at LGS Vision
