Role: SEN Learning Support Assistant (LSA) - Full Time
Pay: £100 - £117 per day
Start: September 2026
Location: London Borough of Greenwich
We are currently recruiting a dedicated and resilient SEN Learning Support Assistant to work in an supportive secondary special school setting in Greenwich, supporting students aged 11-19 with ASD, SEMH needs, and behavioural difficulties.
This role is particularly well suited to aspiring teachers, educational psychologists, youth workers, therapists, or behaviour specialists, as well as those with a strong interest in SEN and inclusive education.
The Role:
• Full-time SEN Learning Support Assistant position
• Based in a specialist, inclusive setting within the London Borough of Sutton
• Supporting students aged 11-19 with ASD, SEMH, and behavioural needs
• Providing 1:1 and small group support inside and outside the classroom
• Assisting with emotional regulation, behaviour management, and engagement in learning
Ideal Candidate:
• A genuine passion for supporting young people with complex needs
• Calm, patient, and resilient approach to behaviour and emotional support
• Experience working with children or young people with SEN, SEMH, or behavioural needs (desirable but not essential)
• Able to commit to a full-time role in Sutton
