Position: SEN Support Assistant

What You'll Be Doing
• Providing one-to-one and small group support for pupils with additional needs.
• Encouraging positive behaviour and supporting emotional wellbeing.
• Assisting students in achieving their individual learning and developmental targets.
• Working collaboratively with teachers and support staff to deliver tailored support.
• Creating a nurturing and inclusive environment where every child feels valued and understood.
We'd Love to Hear From You If You Have: Experience within an SEN setting, school, care environment or youth work setting.
Personal experience supporting individuals with additional needs.
A patient, empathetic and resilient approach.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
A genuine passion for helping children reach their full potential.
