SEN Teaching Assistant - RedbridgeProspero Teaching is recruiting a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join an Ofsted-rated Outstanding academy in Redbridge. This full-time, long-term role involves supporting pupils with additional needs within a mainstream setting. Role Details: • Location: Redbridge • Position: SEN Teaching Assistant • Start Date: September 2026 • Contract: Long-term, full-time • Hours: Monday - Friday Responsibilities: • Support pupils with ASD, SLD and PMLD • Provide 1:1 and small group support • Assist the class teacher with daily classroom activities • Support students with personal care where required • Help promote positive behaviour, engagement and learning • Build positive relationships with students and staff Requirements: • Experience supporting children or young people with SEN • Ability to manage challenging behaviour • Experience working with individuals aged 2-19 years • Valid enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one) • Right to Work in the UK • Two professional references What Prospero Teaching Offers: • Free accredited CPD, including Safeguarding and Behaviour Management • Ongoing support from our Training & Development Team • Opportunity to work within a highly supportive and inclusive school environment Apply today with your up-to-date CV.
