SEN Teacher - Preston Full-time | Long-term | September start or sooner Pay: £120-£250 per day (dependent on experience) Veritas Education - Specialist SEN Recruitment Veritas Education is working closely with a well-established SEN school in Preston who are seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurturing, committed and resilient teacher looking to make an impact on the lives of children with additional needs. About the Role The successful SEN Teacher will: • Teach small classes of pupils with a range of needs, including ASC, MLD, SLD, SEMH and communication difficulties. • Deliver creative, differentiated lessons that engage learners at all ability levels. • Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants, therapists and senior leaders. • Create a safe, structured and positive learning environment. • Monitor progress and keep accurate records in line with school policy. • Use a therapeutic, trauma-informed and child-centred approach.
