Your Responsibilities • Support students with a range of additional needs including Autism, ADHD and speech and language difficulties. • Deliver one-to-one and small group interventions. • Adapt learning activities to meet individual needs. • Promote independence and confidence. • Work closely with teachers, SENCOs and external professionals. • Monitor and record student progress. Requirements • Previous experience supporting children or young people with SEN. • A caring, patient and flexible approach. • Strong communication skills. • Ability to build positive working relationships. • Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive education.
