Job description

SEN Teaching AssistantProspero Teaching is recruiting a dedicated and supportive SEN Teaching Assistant to work with pupils in the Farnborough area. This role involves supporting children with a range of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, communication needs, and social, emotional or behavioural challenges. You will work closely with teaching staff to provide structured and consistent support, helping pupils access the curriculum, stay engaged in lessons, and develop confidence. Support may be delivered on a 1:1 basis or within small groups depending on individual pupil needs. This is a rewarding position for someone who is passionate about supporting pupils who require additional guidance to succeed in education.
