As a 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant, you’ll: • Provide tailored support to a pupil with specific learning and/or behavioural needs • Implement strategies from the pupil’s EHCP • Foster emotional wellbeing and social development • Work alongside teachers, SENCOs, and families to ensure consistent care • Create a safe, engaging learning environment that promotes independence Step Into a Role with PurposeLocation: Leeds Contract Type: Long Term Start Date: ASAP Salary: Competitive, based on experience Requirements: • Experience working with children with SEN (1:1 experience preferred) • A calm, empathetic, and resilient approach • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 TA, SEND training) are desirable Why Reed?
