Key Responsibilities:
• Assisting class teachers in preparing the classroom for each session
• Providing individual or small-group support to students with special needs
• Helping teachers with planning and record-keeping for special needs students
• Supporting teachers in managing student behavior in the classroom
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
• A patient and empathetic nature
• A strong ability to build relationships with students and teachers
• A thorough understanding of safeguarding in a school setting
• Prior experience working with special needs students
• Excellent behavior management skills
