SEN Teaching Assistant

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will: • Work closely with teachers and other members of the school team to provide one-on-one and small group support to children with a range of SEN • Deliver targeted interventions and support strategies to help children reach their full potential • Have a strong understanding of SEN and be able to adapt your teaching style to meet the needs of individual children • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a patient and caring nature Experience working with children with SEN is preferred, but not essential.
