Hours
• Monday & Tuesday: 8:30am to 3:30pm
• Wednesday, Thursday & Friday: 8:30am to 12:30pm
About the Role
We are seeking a caring, patient and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support a Year 2 pupil with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Working on a 1:1 basis, you will play a vital role in helping the child access learning, develop positive relationships and build confidence within the classroom environment.
Responsibilities will include:
• Providing consistent 1:1 support throughout the school day.
• Encouraging engagement with learning activities.
• Supporting emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies.
• Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO.
• Creating a nurturing and inclusive learning experience.
