We have an exceptional opportunity for you to join our dedicated team as a Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant in Norwich. Position: Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant Location: Norwich, United Kingdom Contract Type: Full-time Hours: 08:30 - 15:30 Start Date: ASAP Pay Rate: £14. 24 - £16 per hour What You'll Do: • Provide one-on-one assistance to students, ensuring their individual learning goals are met. • Assist with the implementation of specialized learning plans and educational interventions. • Create and maintain a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment. • Monitor and report on students' academic and social-emotional development. • Support students during outings, field trips, and extracurricular activities. What We're Looking For: • A genuine passion for working with children and young people with special educational needs. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs. • Relevant experience or qualifications in special education (desirable but not essential). • The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
